Shipping and Handling
Do you support international shipping?
Absolutely! You can select your preferred shipping method based on real-time shipping rate and delivery time.
When do you handle my order?
We process our orders daily and we ship out the items on the very next business day*.
*Provided that we have the item on hand and ready to ship. Backordered items will ship once we have replenished our inventory.
How do you ship the goods to me?
We ship our items via Canada Post, based on the method of shipment you choose.
How can I track my shipment?
If the shipping method of your order provides tracking details, you may track the order via Canada Post
The tracking number can be found from the shipping confirmation email that you have received when the package has been handed to the carrier. However, it may take up to 48 hours or longer before the package is checked into the carrier's tracking system. If you are a registered customer, you may log into your account to view its details.
What if the estimated delivery date has passed and I still don't have my order?
Please note that Estimated Delivery Dates are estimates only, and are not guaranteed. There are many factors that may delay the delivery of an order. If your order includes tracking information, you may trace the parcel to determine its where about. If there are any questions, please be encouraged to contact us, we’re always willing and happy to help.
If the tracking information indicates that the item has been delivered, please check with your family members or even neighbours. In some countries, parcels are sometimes left with neighbours, a building manager or are left in a relatively safe area such as under your porch or backyard. For parcels that require signatures, the parcels will likely be left at your local post office awaiting pickup.

What are the methods of payment?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Debit cards via. PayPal.
If I don't have paypal account, can I pay by credit card?
A PayPal account is not required to place an order with SOLE GEEKY (Although recommended). You may pay with your debit or credit card as a PayPal guest.
Can I pay by cash or bank transfer?
No, not at this moment. We may add this payment method in the future.
Can I get a copy of my receipt or invoice?
You will be sent a copy of your invoice via. email once the order has been processed. You may also retrieve your invoice by signing into your account.
Is Sales Tax included in the price?
No, Tax is excluded.
Do I need to pay sales tax?
Canada: Yes, the taxes will be reflective upon the location the item is being shipped to.
Outside of Canada: subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.
Is my personal information secured and protected?
